After The Storm
This shot was taken after a heavy snow storm at the Rocky Mountains National Park in Colorado at Lily Lake.
The park roads were closed for two days because of the storm. Although it wasn't great that the park were closed, however, I got a chance to explore Estes Park and some surroundings. I went to Lily Lake midday to check it out and I came out with some ideas about what I may want to shoot at sunset.
Just before sunset, I went back to Lily Lake and setup my composition, and hoped that there will be some colors, and there was.
While colors were not super intense, this sunset felt calm and serene. The air was crisp and the atmosphere was great.
